The location is a major highlight, offering easy access to Kemah and Galveston, making it ideal for family outings. Monica at the front desk provided exceptional service, promptly addressing all our needs. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, featuring burned options and powdered-tasting eggs. Fortunately, fresh pancakes were cooked for us, salvaging the dining experience somewhat.

The stay was enjoyable with a great pool and friendly staff. I loved the room's comfort, although the balcony could use a clean-up. Dining was less impressive. the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Notable staff, particularly in the restaurant, added to the experience. A lovely marina view rounded out the visit, making it worthwhile.

I loved the picturesque views of the marina and the great food options nearby, including San Lorenzo Taqueria just a short 500-meter walk away, making it easy to enjoy a stroll in the area as a solo traveler. the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local attractions.

The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet at The Paradise was a real highlight for us. We loved enjoying the beautiful pool and the fitness center really helped us unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower had a bit of a splash issue, but it wasn't a big deal overall. 😊

Good vibes, but some letdowns

Great spot near Kemah and Galveston! The pool was awesome, and we loved the yummy breakfast at Paradise Reef. The beds were super hard, though, and housekeeping was a bit MIA. It could use some better customer service too. Food was decent, but expect to wait a while at the steakhouse. All in all, a nice getaway!

we had an amazing stay at south shore harbour resort and conference center. the view from our room was stunning, overlooking the marina. the staff was super friendly, especially the bartender at the pool bar who provided excellent service. we loved having access to the 130,000-square-foot fitness center and spa, which kept our wellness routine on track during our stay.

the bathroom was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient.
