Great views, but noisy stay

Nice location with beautiful marina views, and the staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and comfy, and the decor was really nice. Had a minor issue with the fire alarm going off at night, which was frustrating, but everything else was decent. Just be ready for some noise if there's an event going on!

Quite busy staff!

The staff are amazing and efficient. This hotel offers stunning location not far from Galveston and beautiful marina and the Kemah Boardwalk.

The setting here was really nice and the location was perfect, super close to the Kemah Boardwalk. Loved the layout of the double room we stayed in. the staff was always on top of things, really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. 🌟

Loved the cold a/c & nice room. enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast and underground parking were appreciated. Super nice pool area.

Would like to have had a better view of the water. I love lots of comfy pillows. The room doors were VERY loud when they closed which disturbed our sleep from other people.

The hotel offers brand-new rooms with awesome views of the marina. the location is absolutely perfect, being near Clear Lake regional medical center, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, and the marina.

The room was not set up for using your computer or other electronics. Plugs were not handy on the desk. Room was very plain and food at the restrurant was very bland and over priced.

The rooms were updated and nice. The pool was good. The location was close to T-Bone Toms where we were going for the evening.

The check-in staff put us off checking in until we had to get ugly about it. There were rooms available. We almost missed getting our table reservation at T-Bone Toms.

We thought the area was very nice with great views and a beautiful pool area that we loved. Plus the breakfast was wonderful.

The only thing we were not as pleased with was the bedding, the blankets were very harsh and rough feeling.

Amazing location! It's conveniently close to a mall, Kemah Boardwalk, and a marina. the breakfast served at the front desk was delicious, and the staff was very attentive 😊.

Staff are very proactive with fixing any issues. Location is excellent - on a marina but also close enough to businesses and Houston Hobby airport. The fitness centre close by is at additional cost but is a proper gym so much more comprehensive than in most hotels. Rooms are spacious

We LOVE the location and the scenery

The room was an absolute disaster. The heater did not work. There was an extremely loud vent that never turned off. The cold water ran the entire time in the shower. The shower was dirty with hair. The bathroom door did not shut. The bed was not comfortable as advertised. Again, complete disaster. Extremely disappointed because it seemed like a very nice place and we paid $139 for one night and everything was just BAD.

No need to complain, to be honest. the location is beautiful 😍. They serve a plentiful and delicious breakfast at the front desk. the rooms have balconies and are really modern in terms of decor.

South Shore Harbours' best assett is their location on Clear Lake with a view of the marina. The staff are friendly and responsive.

Contrary to what was advertised, not all rooms have a view of the lake and I did not get a room with a view. I define a view as a full view, not around the corner. Also the rooms have poor plumbing and are outdated. There are old musty carpets, wallpaper and shower handles do not work well. I had to request another room when I could not get hot water for my shower. Breakfast is suppose to be included in the fare, but they don't start serving until 7am. I had to be somewhere by 7:30, so I missed out on breakfast. I would not use this facility again.
